Welcome to Wondershelf (“we”, “us”, “our”), the online store at wondershelf.in. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please make sure the email address on your account is accurate — order updates are sent there.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or packaging from the manufacturer can occur.
• We do our best to keep stock and pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If a product was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a correction or a full refund.
• Quantities per product per order may be limited to keep stock fair for everyone.

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. Unpaid orders reserve stock for a limited time and are automatically cancelled if payment is not completed.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• We may cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, or inability to deliver to your address — with a full refund of any amount paid.

The Wondershelf name, logo and site content are our property or used with permission. Product names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners; we sell licensed merchandise and do not claim ownership of those marks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier disruptions, natural events, etc.).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
