This policy explains what personal data Wondershelf collects when you use wondershelf.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the store — nothing more.

• Account details: your email address, name and phone number when you create an account.
• Order details: shipping address, contact phone and the items you purchase, so we can deliver your order and provide support.
• Payment confirmation: payment status and reference IDs from our payment processor. We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PINs or banking credentials — those go directly to Razorpay.
• Cart & session data: cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Processing and delivering your orders, and sending order status updates.
• Providing customer support over email or WhatsApp when you contact us.
• Preventing fraud and securing accounts.
• Meeting legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

• Razorpay — to process payments and refunds securely.
• Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your order.
• Infrastructure providers — our website and database hosting, used solely to operate the store.

Each of these receives only the data needed for their role, and we may also disclose data where required by law.

Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax law. Your data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit. If you want your account and associated personal data deleted, email us at wondershelf.in@gmail.com and we will action it, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

You can access and update your name and phone number from your account page, and you can ask us to correct, export or delete your data at any time via Contact Us.
